Settings
The following options are available under the Settings Menu
  • Puzzle Shape - Choose between Classic and Elegant to determine the shape of the pieces that are cut.
  • Puzzle Rotation - This will determine whether or not the pieces need to be rotate by the users, or are already correctly rotated. Choose ON for user rotation, and OFF for correctly rotated pieces.
  • Full Screen Image Aid - Turning this ON will give the user the option of showing the selected photo over the puzzle pieces. Click an empty area on the game board to display the image. Re-clicking the image will take the user back to the puzzle.
How To Play
Select New Game from the main menu, and then select one of the following Image Categories:
  • Undersea - The collection of National Geographic Blue Whale and Undersea images.
  • Photo Albums - To choose a photo from the user's photo library.
  • Random - To have the application randomly select an image from the Undersea category of images.
Once the image has been selected, the next step is to cut the image into pieces. This can be done from the OPTIONS menu. Depending on the level of difficulty the user wishes, the puzzle can be cut into a 2x3, 4x5 or a 5x6 puzzle.
Once the puzzle has been cut up, the user simply uses their finger to drag pieces into place. If Puzzle Rotation is ON, then double tapping a piece will rotate the piece. Pieces will snap together if they are close to each other and are connecting pieces.
